This place is quite clean and has incredibly helpful and friendly staff at the reception, while being centrally located near the town center, bars, and restaurants.

generally, really enjoyed this excellent value and fabulous accommodation with very welcoming staff at the reception desk. the room was immaculately clean and individual with coffee, balcony, for instance, could leave my car nearby.

There were fantastic, modern rooms with balcony and the shower.

The property was a great value. the room was new-fashioned and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. - the hotel's location was convenient, with a massive medieval church just a short distance away.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Le Splendid. The staff was welcoming and stored our bicycles safely. The breakfast was excellent with scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh bread, croissants, and homemade jam. The location was convenient, being very near the railway station and town center. The view from our window of our motorcycles chained to a fence was a nice touch.

The food here is amazing and delightful 😋. the room I stayed in was spotlessly clean and had a cute balcony where I enjoyed my tea. the location is marvellous and wonderful too, very close to the old town.

Clean, cosy room with good shower. Close to train station and easy walk into town. Ok breakfast with usual choices. Friendly receptionist with limited English. Convenient stopover location.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful, making our stay super enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town area which was jaw-droppingly beautiful with its old buildings and stunning architecture. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the street. And let's not forget about the incredible food! The local restaurants in the area were mind-blowing, serving up the most delicious dishes and mouthwatering desserts. And don't even get me started on the French pastries from the local bakery - they were simply out of this world! I can't wait to go back and experience it all again. The French really know how to cook!

The hotel had easy parking, free if you leave by 9AM. the room was comfortable with a good bathroom. the balcony overlooking the street was a nice touch. the hotel's location was great, being just a few minutes walk from the old town area of Troyes. There were plenty of excellent restaurants in the area to choose from. the old city area was beautiful with its historic buildings and architecture. There were also some stunning churches to visit. Don't forget to try the local bakery for some amazing French pastries. a fantastic experience.

It was all superb.

Great location near the city center, making it convenient to explore shops, restaurants, and bars. Delicious breakfast with homemade cakes and fresh bread from a nearby bakery.- The owner was friendly and provided helpful information about the area.

The reception closed early, causing some inconvenience upon arrival. Inconsistent treatment from one of the staff members, who was initially pleasant but became rude and unprofessional.
